How to Check-in a Guest without a Reservation

Often, guests will arrive without a reservation CampWare allows guests to be checked-in without first having a confirmed reservation. For these cases, all the required billing information will need to be manually entered.

Step 1:

In the Registration Module, select whichever guest you are wanting to Check-In. 

Step 2:

Click on "Check-In"

Step 3:

Fill in all the required information.

Step 4:

Click "Save"

Please note, the video utilizes the Gemstone demo environment which has been configured to show many options. Your environment will vary based on the options enables at your facility.
