How to add Room Allotments

Room Allotments can be configured to help control how many rooms each billing entity can utilize. If you are not currently utilizing room allotments and are interested in this feature, please reach out to our support team for more information.

Step 1:

In the Settings Module, click on Camp Settings, Room Management and then Room Allotments.

Step 2:

To Create a new Allotment, click "Details" on the Subcontractor and Room Class you are wanting to work with.

Step 3:

Click "Add New Allotment"

Step 4:

Enter "Date Range", select number of "Guaranteed Rooms", "Limited Rooms", or both.

Step 5: 

Select "Save" to create the new Room Allotment. 

Please note, the video utilizes the Gemstone demo environment which has been configured to show many options. Your environment will vary based on the options enables at your facility.
