Loading The Shuttle Manifest

On the “Load Manifest” screen, the Driver’s name will display on the top left. The Departure Date will default to today’s date. To load the manifest:

Step 1:

Select your origin “From” from the drop-down list

Step 2:

 Select “Bus #” from the drop-down list

Step 3:

Click “Load Manifest”

The passenger manifest will load, and you will be ready to begin check-in. The manifest will tell you the capacity of the bus, the number of available seats, the number of on-boards and no-shows. As you conduct check-in, the on-boards and no-shows will total accordingly. It will also display the Date, Origin, and Bus Number on the top of the screen. 

Please note, not all sites have the CIRYS Shuttle App enabled. Please reach out to your administrator to determine if this feature is available for you.
