How to Un-Assign Housekeeping Tasks

Housekeeping assignments can be unassigned from a current housekeeper which then allows them to be reassigned as needed to an available housekeeper.

Step 1:

In the Housekeeping Module, highlight the Housekeeper you are working with.

Step 2:

Highlight the task you are wanting to assign and then click "Unassign Task".

Please note, the video utilizes the Gemstone demo environment which has been configured to show many options. Your environment will vary based on the options enables at your facility.
