How to Complete Tasks - Mobile Housekeeping

Mobile Housekeeping is a mobile application used for real-time inspections of the camp facilities. It provides housekeepers with a digital checklist of tasks that have been assigned to them. To access, from the menu selector choose the Mobile Housekeeping Icon.

Depending on your user access you may see only Walkdowns, only Assignments, or both. To see tasks that have been assigned to you, select Assignments:

A listing of each dorm you have been assigned will appear, to begin select the dorm you are currently working in:

 Select the room to expand the assigned task. Any notes will be populated in the notes section. 

To complete the task, select “Complete.”  This will update the room to clean-vacant and allow a new guest to be assigned. 

To see the rooms that have been completed, select “View Completed Rooms”. Completed rooms will be highlighted to indicate the task is complete. 

 Please note, the video utilizes the Gemstone demo environment which has been configured to show many options. Your environment will vary based on the options enables at your facility.
