How to Change a Room Status

Most room status changes are build into CampWare, however should a room require maintenance or be moved to an off-market status this can be done through the Accommodation Module.

Step 1:

In the Accommodation Module click on the drop down menu under the "Room Status" column, select either "Maintenance" or "Off Market" 

Step 2:

Click "Try" when the "Confirm" box pops up that says "Putting a room in off-market or maintenance could result in overbookings. Would you like to make the change even if there are overbookings?". You will see a green pop on the bottom right hand side of the screen saying that the room has been updated.

Please note, the video utilizes the Gemstone demo environment which has been configured to show many options. Your environment will vary based on the options enables at your facility.
