The Charter Banned List feature is fully automated in CIRYS and allows future date bans. Users can follow the instructions given below to utilize the recent changes.
Step 1:
Open charter banned List.
Step 2:
Click the green append at the bottom of the list.
Step 3:
Search the employee by Last Name
Step 4:
1. Check the banned column
2. Select the current or future date
3. Users can enter their choice’s end time, or the system defaults it to 00:01 AM.
4. Enter the number of banned days or leave it empty for an indefinite ban.
Please Note:
- If the users wish to remove someone from the ban before the ban period ends, they can uncheck the banned column.
- If the end date of the ban is Aug 7, the travel booker can create reservations for this guest on Aug 8 at 12:01 AM.
- Users can create flight bookings for the employees outside their Ban period anytime.
Please note, this article utilizes the Gemstone demo environment which has been configured to show many options. Your environment will vary based on the options enabled at your facility.
