Deactivate an Existing Profile

Step 1:

Login to CIRYS, select "Profile" from the header. 

Step 2:

Select the "Contractor" and then click "Load"

Step 3:

Select the guest you are wanting to deactive.

Step 4:

Uncheck the "Locked" box.

Step 5:

Uncheck the "Active" box.

Step 6:

Recheck the "Locked" box and then select "Save"
