Creating a Mobile Account

To create a new user account in the CIRYS Mobile App there are a few things you should have to configure your initial setup:

You will receive a "Welcome Email" that will contain key information for configuring your CIRYS Mobile Account such as:

1. CIRYS ID
2. Email as stored in the CIRYS System
3. URL to access the mobile app
4. Future Flight Confirmation Number (PNR Locator)

Step 1:

Open the URL listed in your Welcome Email (Google Chrome Recommended)

Step 2:

Click the “Don’t have an account?” button.

Step 3:

Enter in the required details: 

1. Your email address must be entered exactly as it appears in your Welcome Email, if you have multiple emails saved in your profile, they will both have to be entered. 
2. The PNR Locator will come from a future Itinerary.
3. Choose a password, and then verify it by typing it again.

Step 4:

Review and Accept Terms and Conditions

Step 5:

Click Sign Up to complete your registration. 

Please note, not all sites have CIRYS Mobile enabled. If you have not received a Welcome Email, please reach out to your administrator to determine if this feature is available for you.
